Accessibility Policy

1. Purpose
This Website Accessibility Policy describes how Clickworthy Inc. will develop, maintain, and improve accessible websites and web content in alignment with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), Information and Communications Standard.
Although Clickworthy Inc. currently has no employees in Ontario, we are committed as a matter of good practice to providing accessible online information and services and to following recognized accessibility standards.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all public-facing websites, web applications, and web content that are owned or directly controlled by Clickworthy Inc. including content created by independent contractors or third-party vendors on our behalf.
3. Our Commitment
Clickworthy Inc. is committed to providing its online information and services in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of persons with disabilities and that offers equal opportunity to access and benefit from our digital content.
We recognize that accessible websites improve usability for everyone and support our values of inclusion and quality service.
4. Accessibility Standard and Goals

Our goal is for our websites and web content to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA, as referenced in the AODA Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation, except where not practicable (for example, live captions and pre-recorded audio descriptions). - Continuous improvement
We will work to identify, remove, and prevent accessibility barriers on our websites over time as part of our regular design, development, and content-update processes.
5. Roles and Responsibilities
- The directors of Clickworthy Inc. are responsible for approving this policy and for ensuring that accessibility is considered in business and technology decisions that affect our websites.
- A designated Accessibility Lead / Website Owner (currently a director of the corporation) is responsible for:
- Coordinating accessibility efforts for our websites
- Overseeing accessibility checks for new or significantly updated web content
- Responding to accessibility-related feedback and requests.
- Independent contractors and third-party vendors who design, develop, or manage our websites or web content are expected to follow this policy and apply WCAG 2.0 Level AA requirements in their work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Implementation Measures
To support accessible websites, Clickworthy Inc. will, as appropriate:
- Integrate accessibility considerations into our website planning, design, development, and content workflows (for example, color contrast, headings, alternative text, keyboard access).
- Perform periodic checks of our websites using a combination of automated tools and manual review to identify accessibility issues against WCAG 2.0 Level AA criteria.
- Prioritize fixes that address barriers that significantly affect people’s ability to find information, complete forms, or contact us.
- Provide guidance or reference materials on creating accessible content to contractors who contribute to our websites.
7. New and Existing Web Content
- New or significantly refreshed public websites and web content under our control will be designed and developed with the intent to conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
- Older content that does not fully meet these guidelines will be improved over time, with priority given to high-traffic and high-impact pages and functions.
- When content cannot be made accessible or when doing so is not practicable, we will, upon request, provide the information in an accessible or alternative format, where feasible.
8. Feedback and Accessible Formats
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of our websites and digital services.

When you contact us, please describe the barrier you encountered and the web page or resource involved. We will review all feedback and respond within 15 business days, and we will work with you to provide the content or service in a format that meets your needs where reasonably possible.
9. Procurement and Third-Party Services
When we engage independent contractors or third-party service providers to design, develop, host, or maintain our websites or web content, we will:
- Communicate our expectation that deliverables should conform to WCAG 2.0 Level AA where feasible
- Consider accessibility capability and experience as part of vendor selection for web-related services
Where third-party platforms or embedded services present accessibility limitations outside our direct control, we will consider alternative options over time and, upon request, provide accessible alternatives where reasonably possible.
10. Training and Awareness
Because Clickworthy Inc. currently has no employees, there is no formal staff training requirement under the AODA.
However, directors and key contractors involved in web design, development, or content creation are encouraged to maintain an understanding of basic accessibility principles and WCAG 2.0 Level AA requirements that apply to their work.
11. Policy Review
This Website Accessibility Policy will be reviewed at least every 3 years, or earlier if there are significant changes to:
- AODA or related accessibility legislation
- WCAG or other relevant standards
- Our websites, technology platforms, or business model
Revisions will be approved by the directors of Clickworthy Inc. and published on our website where appropriate.

- Our public Website Accessibility Statement (for display on the site, typically linked in the footer)
- Any internal guidelines we use for accessible design and content (for example, brand style guides, content checklists)
